Desert Safari in Qatar — Dune Bashing, Camels & the Inland Sea

Compare Qatar desert safaris: half day, private, sunset & overnight. Dune bashing, camel rides, sandboarding & the Inland Sea. Pickup in Doha.

A desert safari is the one experience almost every visitor to Qatar wants — and for good reason. Less than an hour from central Doha, the Sealine dunes roll south towards Khor Al Udeid, the Inland Sea, one of the few places in the world where the Arabian Gulf reaches deep into the desert and the dunes tumble straight into the water.

Every safari we offer includes hotel or airport pickup, an experienced 4x4 driver and the classic desert experiences: dune bashing, sandboarding and a camel ride. Choose a shared half-day safari for the best value, a private safari for families and groups who want to set their own pace, a sunset departure for golden-hour photography, or an overnight camp with a BBQ dinner and stargazing.

The most comfortable season runs from October to April, when temperatures are mild and afternoon departures catch the sunset. In summer we shift to later departures to avoid the heat. Not sure which tour suits you? Compare the options below or ask our team — we will match the safari to your group, your timing and your layover.
