These terms apply to all bookings made through qatarlayover.com with Qatar Layover Tours ("we", "us"). By booking you agree to them.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated. Please make sure names, dates and contact details are correct.
Our service partners
Tours and activities are managed by our local partner in Doha, Qatar and vetted local DMCs, and are also offered through Viator, GetYourGuide and Tripadvisor. Working through partners never adds an extra charge for you.
Payment
Bookings are settled by invoice. We email your invoice with the booking confirmation and our team sends the payment details. Your invoice shows the current payment status.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible with your booking reference. Refunds and fees depend on how close to the travel date the request is made and on third-party costs already committed.
Your responsibilities
- Hold valid travel documents and meet entry requirements for Qatar.
- Arrive at the pickup point on time and follow safety instructions from our drivers and guides.
- Disclose any medical conditions relevant to activities such as dune bashing, quad biking or water sports.
Weather, safety and force majeure
We may amend or cancel an experience for safety, weather or events beyond our control. In that case we will offer an alternative or a refund of the unused portion.
Liability
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control or from third-party providers, except where the law says otherwise. Please keep valuables with you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
